The Irish Film Institute is committed to
developing and reaching audiences for film culture nationwide.
By expanding its touring schedule, IFI Regional will bring
festivals like Stranger Than Fiction and community projects
like Wild Strawberries as well as treasures from the Irish
Film Archive to a cinema near you. IFI Regional is also happy
to collaborate with regional organizations to create new projects
and events which celebrate local film interests.
Any local organization or cinema exhibitor who is interested
in participating in an IFI regional tour should feel free
to contact us.
Ireland's annual celebration of Spanish language films
will be touring to the KINO Cinema in Cork and the EYE
Cinema in Galway. Film titles and dates to be announced
shortly.

Bealtaine Film Tour (in association with access CINEMA)
The Bealtaine festival is a month-long nationwide festival celebrating creativity in older age. Bealtaine seeks to encourage greater participation in the arts by older people as artists, performers, event organisers and audiences. The IFI in collaboration with access CINEMA will be once again organising the nation wide film tour. Film title and venus to be announced in April.
